In order for the HPAI to push online conference registration only we are insisting that all memberships be reviewed and updated before conference registration. This means all present members will have to renew their membership by Friday in order to continue to use non-public areas of www.hpai.ie (which will include conference registration).

The renewal fee has been reduced to 35 EURO to compensate persons who may have joined part way through the year

If you are unable to do so by Friday please do so at your earliest convenience so that your conference registration can be completed in a timely way (after registration has been declared open).

I have received notification by 5 persons concerning renewal issues

1. The only way to renew your membership is online at http://www.hpai.ie
2. If you were unfortunate enough to have just joined prior to my message I will make a note and manually change the expiries next week (waiting for a critical mass before rectifying these issues)
3. If you paid online and your membership has not been renewed for a year I will look into it next week

It would be useful if you could edit your profile (top centre of screen) and add a phone number to ring you on or add a phone number in reply to this message so I can ring you when trying to rectify the problem.

It would also be best if you post your problems on this forum by replying to this message RATHER than send a member of the exec or me a personal email. This is because it means all problems are recorded in one place and we spend less time clearing our inboxes.

Persons who have never registered on the website use this link

http://www.hpai.ie/memberad.asp

Persons who have been able to logon in the past should logon and follow the instructions to renew or cut and paste this address into the browser

Apologies.  But I don't seem to be able to access the site to renew my membership.  When I type in what I think is my most recent username and password (as updated recently wrt HPAI forums), the website indicates that I have entered an incorrect username/password.  Is it possible that I have been blocked?  If not, who should I contact to get my most correct username and password.
Many thanks,

Hello

I renewed my membership on-line, received the worldpay e-mail. However, when I enter the HPAI site, it tells me my membership expires in 29 days.......

Hi,

I have paid the renewal fee before 17th February. I thought it was fine, as I had received the confirmation about my payment. Today I wanted to register to the congress (as that time it was not possible). When I logged in to the hpai site, I had a message, that my account is just to expire. I have paid the renewal fee again (the same way I did before), and could register to the congress. Please check my double payment and sort it out.

Many thanks with regards,

Gyorgyike Fodor Dr.

Hi
The same thing has happened to me - when I went to register for the conference I am told that my account will expire in 29 days (I have confirmation e-mail of payment prior to the deadline).

Gyorgyike Fodor Dr.

We will have to look into this next week.
